Holly Stidham, LMSW (she/her)

I come to my work with a social work perspective of meeting my clients where they are and working with their strengths. I have worked in foster care, case management, community mental health, energy healing and using spiritual perspectives. I offer therapy in a safe space to explore your unconscious mind and heal the deep wounds. I like to work with ages 12 and above. I utilize EMDR for trauma work and other unconscious blocks, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems as my modalities. I work with not only the mind but helping clients find where they are storing their trauma in their bodies.  

I also integrate spiritual approaches with clients, if they are interested in utilizing a spiritual perspective.
