about mind & body healing collective

mind & body healing collective is a visionary community of practitioners committed to deep, meaningful healing. our work supports people in reconnecting with their authentic selves, healing at the root, feeling empowered in their lives, and cultivating a greater sense of aliveness and possibility.

we are trauma-informed and deeply trained, offering care that is thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in both clinical excellence and human connection. our clinicians bring diverse therapeutic approaches—meeting each person where they are and honoring the complexity of their lived experience. healing here is not one-size-fits-all; it is collaborative, intentional, and alive.

the collective was founded by anissa pfannenstiel, lscsw, with a vision of collaboration on many levels—among clinicians, within the collective, and outward into the communities we serve. that vision continues to guide our work today, shaping how we practice, connect, and contribute beyond the therapy room.

as part of this evolution, we have launched somaverse, our psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy program utilizing ketamine troches, designed to support profound healing, insight, and integration within a safe, clinically supported framework.

what our practice can offer you

we work with you to collaborate and guide you towards healing.  this includes working with depression, anxiety, gender journies, ADHD, trauma, complex trauma, grief, life transitions, stress, addiction, relationship and family issues and other situations that happen in life!

we work with all ages from 4 years old on up! we are accepting of all people and welcome the awkward, the quirky, the shy, the bold, the creative, the confused, the hurting, the angry, the left out and isolated and everything in-between.

our group also works with assisting people in learning about their authentic selves and connecting with intuitive parts of self.  we work with modalities that are studied and evidence based.  we also work with spiritual and esoteric practices if clients want to integrate into their healing.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable." -Brene Brown
