Mary Kaiser (she/her)
Practice Operations Manager & Billing Specialist
Mary serves as the Practice Operations Manager & Billing Specialist for Mind & Body Healing Collective, where she plays a vital role in supporting both the clinical team and the individuals we serve. Her responsibilities include billing coordination, office communication, staff support, and scheduling for our nurse practitioner, ensuring that systems run smoothly and that both clients and providers experience clarity, responsiveness, and care.
Prior to joining Mind & Body Healing Collective, Mary served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Maceli’s Banquet Hall & Catering. In this role, she planned and executed a wide range of on-site and off-site events, collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and staff to create seamless and meaningful experiences. She also managed the organization’s online presence, designing and editing websites and promotional materials, and overseeing client invoicing, payments, and follow-up—bringing together communication, creativity, and operational precision.
Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Kansas in December 2021, where she cultivated strong skills in interpersonal, organizational, and digital communication. She is deeply creative and artistically inclined, with a passion for painting, public art, and commissioned illustration. She also enjoys exploring Human Design and Gene Keys as tools for self-understanding and personal growth.
Mary is motivated by balanced work environments, open and respectful communication, and opportunities to contribute creatively in ways that benefit the collective. Known for her kindness, insight, and supportive presence, she brings many quiet yet powerful “superpowers” to her role—helping Mind & Body Healing Collective remain grounded, connected, and well-supported at every level.
Maisie Riley (she/her)
Credentialing Specialist and Billing Expert
Maisie serves as the Credentialing Specialist and Billing Expert for Mind & Body Healing Collective, bringing over a decade of experience in behavioral health credentialing, revenue cycle management, and operational strategy. She specializes in building systems that are accurate, compliant, and efficient—supporting the full lifecycle from payer enrollment through payment posting and reconciliation.
As a Credentialing Authority in Behavioral Health, Maisie has successfully onboarded dozens of providers, navigated complex payer requirements, and implemented workflows that reduce delays, minimize denials, and strengthen revenue integrity. Her background as a Director of Operations and Revenue Cycle Manager provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial infrastructure of healthcare, including accounts receivable management, compliance, reconciliation, and collections.
Maisie thrives in fast-paced environments where precision, accountability, and timeliness matter. She brings a systems-thinking approach to every challenge, whether streamlining credentialing processes, reducing A/R days, or training and supporting staff across departments. Known for her clarity, adaptability, and operational leadership, Maisie plays a critical role in ensuring the Collective’s clinical teams are well-supported and financially sustainable.
