Life can ask us to carry a lot. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, caregiving, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and show up as you are. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you reconnect with your strengths, needs, and sense of self.
My developing approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I'm especially interested in somatic, body-based approaches, and practical ways to support coping and nervous system regulation. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and self-care also influence how I understand whole-person wellness.
I bring more than 15 years of experience supporting children and families and I believe you are the expert on your own life. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you explore what healing and growth can look like for you.
I am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Washburn University and expect to graduate in May 2027. Outside of my professional roles, I enjoy yoga, music, traveling, spending time with my family, and intentional rest.
