April Neff, LSCSW

April Neff, LSCSW is a mom, a therapist who specializes in early attachment trauma, and somehow tripped into the deep pool of neurodivergence and found herself. A somatic informed, geek therapist, currently finishing her play therapy credential and accepting new clients.

April brings experience and curiosity to her work with children, parents, adults, and families navigating the complexities of neurodivergence. She enjoys helping clients better understand diagnoses such as autism and ADHD, explore what those diagnoses mean in everyday life, and discover supports that honor each person's unique way of experiencing and moving through the world.

Her work also includes supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, school and workplace stress, relationship and family challenges, and the many transitions that come with different stages of life. With a somatic and attachment informed approach, April values looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person, including their nervous system, relationships, environment, strengths, and lived experience.

April enjoys working with people across ages and stages and creating a therapeutic space where clients and families can learn, explore, connect, and find approaches that genuinely work for them.
