Using a strengths-based approach, I support my clients in developing a compassionate relationship with themselves. I find fulfillment in helping individuals as they navigate life's changes and transitions. I have a particular passion for working with people in adolescence and young adulthood. With experience as both a middle school teacher and a high school counselor, I have gained valuable insights into the unique challenges and developmental needs of this age group. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients feel understood and affirmed. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their potential and navigate challenges with resilience. Beyond work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, taking long walks with my dog, reading, and listening to podcasts.
