Are you looking for a therapist who has 25 years of experience working with youth starting with middle school through adulthood? If so, you’ve found me! I am a former secondary special education teacher with 18 years of experience and currently work as a school social worker for middle and high school age youth. I graduated from the University of Kansas with my MSW in 2008, and am now a LMSW working on my clinical licensure to further expand my skills and knowledge as a therapist.I specialize in youth anxiety, depression, and ADHD, particularly with youth who have experienced marginalization in the school setting, I also welcome adults into my practice. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches within my practice to individualize and foster a therapeutic connection using mindfulness, SFBT, and narrative/bibliotherapy.
I believe connection and fostering strong, trusting relationships is the key to unlocking every client’s full potential to live the life every individual envisions for themselves. I am looking forward to connecting with you!
