I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with 13 years experience in mental health. I received a degree from Fort Hays State University and Wichita State University. At this time, I offer services through telehealth and in home.

I utilize interventions with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused, strength based, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and trauma informed interventions.

I work with individuals including teens, adults, and geriatric population. I have experience with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, PTSD, sexual trauma, personality disorders, pregnancy/postpartum, divorce, anger management, and spiritual/religious issues.

I strive to provide a comfortable setting for people to feel at ease discussing difficult life issues and place emphasis on mental health being a vital part of overall healthcare and emotional wellbeing.
